I paid double, what should I do?
Did you accidentally pay twice? What happens now? Don't worry because we're here to work this out for you.
To address this matter immediately, it is required for you to provide us:
- Both receipts
- A screenshot showing 2 charges on your account
- Last 4 digits of your card
Once we receive your information, please allow us time to figure this out and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Refunds may take 3-5 business days before it reflects back on your account.
Please contact our friendly Customer Success Team within 48 hours from time of purchase to ensure that the excess amount paid will be refunded back to the original mode of payment for the second or subsequent transactions.
