Requesting a refund from iTunes

Maybe your device didn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought the subscription by mistake; maybe the workout didn't suit your needs. No worries because you can request for a refund as long as it is within the time period allowed and you have a valid reason.

If your subscription was purchased through iTunes you will need to contact Apple Support to request a refund. To initiate the refund:

  • Sign in using your Apple ID and password.
  • Follow the online prompts and you will be assisted with the purchases you made within the last 90 days. 

For older purchases or any other refund related questions, we recommend you to contact an Apple representative and to provide them with any additional information they may require.
