Why hasn't my subscription renewed?
By default, all subscriptions are renewed automatically inline with our Terms and Conditions. However, if your subscription wasn't automatically renewed you will receive an automated email notification asking you to update your details prior to the cancellation. There are two (2) main reasons for a failed renewal:
- Your payment method may have insufficient funds. If so, please check your account or contact your payment provider.
- Your credit card has expired. Simply Update your details.
Please note, if there is no action after 48 hours of receiving the automated email, the auto-renewal won't take effect and your subscription will be automatically cancelled. If this happens you will need to resubscribe to start a new subscription cycle.
