I haven't received the receipt, what shall I do?

Did you know that 1 out of 5 emails either gets filtered as spam or sometimes gets blocked? Sadly, we are not immune to this. While emails have an inbox placement rate of about 85%, things like this happen and we hate knowing our emails didn't find its way. 

One common reason for viewers not receiving their receipt in the email is having a low mailbox usage, be sure to check your inbox regularly!

So, where do you find this receipt?

  • Try checking your spam/junk folder
  • Double check what email account was used during checkout
  • No luck? You can request for a copy of your receipt here and we'll send it to you as soon as we can.
